Matthew Beucker is a Program Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group and has managed IHG’s first gamified instance, IHG Meeting Point, since its inception in 2013. He manages both the program and product side of this online education gamified portal teaching better sales techniques to hotels on a global scale. This position allows him to tackle his favorite subjects within Gamification: data analysis, product development, and social media.

Matthew first learned of Gamification while attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania while pursuing his undergrad in Communications Media and Masters in Business Administration. In Matthew’s free time he enjoys running and participating in triathlons with his wife.
