Jackson’s Talent Management Department was asked by Operations to create a training on the topic of “Collaboration” for their middle management team. Rather than relying on predesigned coursework, the team decided to leverage the context of their participant’s work environment to construct a simulated experience using Legos.

Discover how by taking the time to understand the context of work before applying theoretical content, both Jackson’s Talent Management and Operations learned more about the subject of “Collaboration” together. See how you too can collaborate for results within your organization, including how to:

  • Craft an effective training and understanding that affiliate content will only get you so far
  • Understand the context of your participants to improve course design dramatically
  • Integrate play to draw out intentional dialogue for participants leaving a training
